Working with you, we quickly engineer solutions to today’s most demanding business problems. QUICKSTART combines two parallel activities - business process assessment and IT evaluation. The business process assessment focuses on a strategic outline of your organization's business objectives followed by a more detailed definition of the features of the specific application - including rapid prototypes of the user interface. The IT evaluation looks at implementing the application using the technologies of your choice - not ours - so that the resulting product easily integrates into your IT environment and can be maintained by your IT staff. We combine these two activities to produce a low risk project plan and system specification, with well-defined milestones, to build your system.
